1. About the service
Cyber-Spore Studio ("the Service") is a desktop tool operated by the Cyber-Spore team to publish gameplay videos of the Roblox game Cyber-Spore to the team's own social media accounts, including TikTok. By connecting an account to the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use it
The Service is intended only for the Cyber-Spore team and accounts the team owns or manages. It is not offered to the public.
3. Your content and approval
You are responsible for the videos, titles and descriptions you publish. The Service suggests text, but every post is reviewed, edited if needed and approved by you before it is uploaded. You must only upload content you have the rights to publish.
4. Third-party platforms
When you publish through the Service you must also follow the terms and community guidelines of each platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Community Guidelines. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, YouTube, X or Roblox.
5. Disconnecting
You can disconnect the Service at any time by removing its access in your TikTok account settings (Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services) or by deleting the locally stored connection file.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including failed or delayed uploads.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
